The Care Pal Company, part of The Health Pals Company, is seeking a Full Time Home Health CareGiver to work on behalf of its client(s). Typical work hours are up to 20 hours a week, depending on client’s needs.
EDUCATION
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Experience as either an RN, LPN, CNA, or Home Health Aide
QUALIFICATIONS
Current, unrestricted license in state of residence, as one of the following:
- Home Health Aide
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)

- Consults with customers, patients, pharmacists, and / or physicians regarding patient’s care
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Identifies problems or gaps in care offering opportunity for intervention
- Exhibit excellent clinical skills and judgement
- Display efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Be capable of working under pressure and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
- Be a great team player
- Be capable of utilizing computers and patient databases for clinical management purposes
- Be capable of typing at least 30 words per minute
- Be proficient in the following Software:
- Client / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Skype
- Cisco Webex
- Zoom
- Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned by client
